Restless Legs

Restless Legs Syndrome can interfere with sleep and rest and can be very distressing to its sufferers. When you have RLS, you feel an overwhelming need to move your legs or other limbs in order to settle a restless feeling, typically when you are sitting in a chair or are in bed.
